Thursday Reception Planned

It's only a few days until we set up for our next party.

You deserve to be treated to some fun, so come by on this Thursday April 30th 4PM--6PM for our kick off party to the 2009 Arts Benicia Open Studios.

We are "Glassblowers on the Waterfront", still thrilled to be making hot glass in Benicia. Come see Nourot's latest works in blown glass and taste some wonderful tasty appetizers by Caliente Sisters Catering. Allie Brooks promises to surprise us with some great food. Beverages will be served.

Nourot Glass Studio has been having Spring Open Houses for many years. 2009 marks our 22nd year at 675 East H Street, along the historic waterfront.

Glass mosaic mirrors by Thomas Meyer, jewelry by Jill Bugni and Marco Polo and blown glass by Ed Branson, Lionel Chapital, Rick Satava and Kenny Peiper are just some of the great artist's whose works can be seen on display. Special prices will be offered on many works for Mother's Day giving.

Nourot Glass Studio makes all kinds of functional glass all made by hand in the Italian tradition. Micheal Nourot and son Nicholas will be on hand to meet you and help you pick a piece to add to your contemporary glass collection or to start a collection.

The Nourot Studio also invites commissions for architectural projects and commercial lighting as well as premium and incentive awards. The vault at Nourot Studio is full of important pieces from Years past and the best examples of important commissions like the 1987 commission for Pope John Paul II and the USAF Solano Trophy.

Hello there to Micheal & Pam

Greetings from New Zealand. Would love to be there with you, but sorry not this year.

Look forward to getting back to the studio again in the future.

Take care, every success
